Trays

Our trays are a per person order, so you do not have to buy a party tray for 20 people if you are only having 15 people. The portions are whole sandwich per person and the meat is 4 ounces per person. The cheese is 1.2 ounces.

Box Lunches

We hope that once you have reviewed your options for boxed lunches and see what a large variety of choices you have you will want to use us for your catering needs.

We have also added an "easy form" incase you do not know individual needs, but need lunches for a group of people.

If you opt to do the custom/ individual lunches we can write the name of the recipient on the box so everyone has the lunch that fits their individual choice. We would like to think that you would feel like you had a “homemade” lunch after you have dinned with us or used our catering program.

Our Produce

We make our own fruit trays that are made from fresh fruit and cut into manageable pieces. We look for the freshest season fruit on the market to put on our trays or in our lunch boxes.

Our Sandwiches

Whole green leaf lettuce is used on all of our sandwiches, our breads are delivered daily. We do not pre-make any of our sandwiches. We strive to make each order to the specific taste of each customer. So if you like extra mayo or no cucumber we can do so. We slice our own vegetables – tomato, cucumber, onion etc. so it is the freshest possible, or like you would make at home. We use only the leanest meats and thinly slice it to give you a tender flavorful sandwich.

We do not hide the taste of our sandwich behind a lot of sauce, but have dressings and condiments available on request.

Our Salads

We use only heart of Romaine lettuce in our salads. Our salads are packed with lots of fresh vegetables, meat, cheese, egg? which we assemble ourselves and it is a filling lunch.

The spinach is the freshest triple washed whole leaves available, from the market, and the bacon is cooked crisp for each salad. The salads are so large we have a hard time getting the lids shut and the container into a boxed lunch. We make the salads fresh throughout the day to insure freshness and they are made to order for our boxed lunches. So if you do not want egg, or want extra cheese etc. it is easy for us to accommodate.
